Administrative structure
How the association is organized
The St Joseph Baptist Association is guided by its own constitution and by-laws, which outline the administrative structure of the organization and the responsibilities that come with each role. Those governing documents are published in the association's resources area for churches and leaders to review.
Beyond the formal structure, day-to-day coordination happens through committee work and regular gatherings. Nominating Committee meetings have been scheduled to handle association business and leadership nominations, and Ministers Brown Bag lunches bring pastors together for conversation and fellowship.
- Leadership and committee roles set out in the SJBA constitution and by-laws
- Regularly scheduled committee meetings, including nominating committee sessions
- Ministers' gatherings such as Brown Bag lunches for area pastors
- Annual association meeting, including the SJBA Annual Meeting on October 1, 2023
