Reservations

Shared equipment, reserved through one request

The St Joseph Baptist Association maintains equipment that member churches and partners may reserve for their own use. Reservations are handled through the association so requests are coordinated in the order they are received.

Step 01

Check the schedule

Look at the community events calendar to see when the equipment you need is already committed for another church or gathering.

Step 02

Submit your request

Send the association the details of your reservation, including the item needed and the dates and times for your event.

Step 03

Confirm pickup and return

Once the reservation is confirmed, arrange pickup and return of the equipment with association staff and return it in the agreed condition.

Who it's for

For member churches and partners

Equipment reservations are offered to member churches of the association and to partner organizations. If your church plans an event that needs association equipment, contact the office early so a date can be set before it is taken.

Association events draw on the same equipment, so dates already listed on the community events calendar are best avoided when you submit a request.

Tips for a smooth reservation

  • Give as much notice as you can so your dates can be worked around other member churches.
  • State the purpose of the event along with the dates, times, and setup needs.
  • Return equipment clean and on the agreed date so the next church can use it.
  • Ask staff about anything not covered here before you commit to a date.

Shared equipment kept by the St Joseph Baptist Association can be reserved by member churches and partners for their own ministry use, and the reservation process exists so that every item is coordinated and accounted for. Because requests are handled in the order they are received, planning ahead helps churches line up the dates they need. The equipment page walks through the steps of a request, from checking availability to confirming arrangements, making the process straightforward for church leaders and event planners working across the association.
